Ω型自动静电烘道流水线：
1、利用静电吸附原理，不规则产品形状也可适用于此喷涂。比传统的喷漆节省油漆,适用批量生产的产品。
2、由喷涂系统、过滤净化系统、电气控制系统三大部分组成。
3、喷涂时油漆由精密输漆泵送入喷盘经气动马达高速运转和静电的作用下形成漆霉,漆雾由静电吸涂在自转带地的工件上，达到高质量的喷涂效果。
4、整个程序可由PLC电气控制系统自动处理。
