机器人自动码垛生产线

• 配有自动喷码设备，为客户提供了更好的产品辨识和产品的追溯，提高了对产品质量的控制和管理。码垛采用机器人替代传统的人工码垛，极大的降低员工劳动强度和生产成本。
• 垛盘输送设备将码好的垛盘自动输送到叉取位，由叉车将垛盘运输到成品仓库，了生产的快速运行。
• 机器人自动码垛生产线采用模块化设计，根据客户的不同的需求进行模块化配置。包装部分可以根据客户要求配置半自动 DCS 系列包装机或全自动 YCM 系列包装机。
• 倒袋输送装置、整平输送、压包输送装置代替人工倒袋整平的过程，袋形美观整齐， 降低人工操作的强度。根据客户要求配置金属检测系统、重量检测系统，将不合格产品剔除，产品的质量，降低客户投诉风险。

Automatic Robot Palletizer Production Line

• There is Automatic Industrial Inkjet Printer to help customers recognize and retrospect products, this enhance the control and management of products.The Robot Palletizer replaces traditional manpower, it reduces the labor intensity of employees and production cost.
• The pallet convey equipment transmits the palletized pallets to the fetch position, and pallets will be transported to finished goods warehouse by forklift, which ensures stable and high-speed production.
• The Robot Palletizer Production Line adopts the modular design, modular setup can be different according to the different requirements of customers.The packaging part can be chosen by customers, including DCS series of semi-automatic Packaging Machine and YCM series of full-automatic Packaging Machine.
• The convey mechanisms including pushing over bags, flat bags and press bags replace manual operation, which make the shape of bag nice and tidy.The Metal Detection System and The Weight Detection System can be equipped per customers’ requirements to get rid of unqualified products to ensure product quality.
